How we reviewed TGPersonals

As an online dating expert, I and my team took a deep dive into TGPersonals. We tested both the free and paid versions of this site by sending messages to other users over a period of several days – in total we sent out 500 messages! To ensure that our review was as comprehensive as possible, we also spent time exploring all the features available on TGPersonals. From checking out profile creation processes to testing search filters for compatibility results – no stone was left unturned!

We even went beyond just using the website itself; our research included reading user reviews from other sources too so that nothing slipped through the cracks during our evaluation process. In addition, each member of my team used their expertise in different areas such as UX design or customer service experience to provide additional insight when it came time for us all to discuss what stood out about TGPersonals’ offerings compared with those offered by similar sites. Our commitment goes far beyond simply providing surface-level information; at Online Dating Expertise we strive not only give you honest feedback but also help guide your decision making process when it comes down choosing which platform is right for you based on your individual needs and preferences..

Security & Safety

When it comes to safety and security, TGPersonals is definitely not the best option out there. As an online dating expert, I can tell you that this app leaves a lot to be desired in terms of keeping its users safe from bots and fake accounts.

For starters, there’s no verification process for new members who sign up – which means anyone could join without having their identity checked or confirmed by the platform itself. This makes it easy for scammers or other malicious actors to create bogus profiles on the site with little effort at all! Additionally, there doesn’t seem to be any two-step authentication available either; so if someone were able access your account they would have full control over everything associated with it including messages sent/received etc.. Yikes!

What about photos? Well unfortunately here too things don’t look great as images are not manually reviewed before being posted – meaning that people may upload pictures of themselves that aren’t actually them (or worse). And when we take into consideration how important visual cues are when trying find a potential partner online…well let’s just say TGPersonals isn’t doing us any favors here either!

Finally let’s talk privacy policy: while one does exist on their website – most folks won’t bother reading through all those pages filled with legal jargon anyway…so even though data protection might technically “be covered" – whether anything will actually happen should something go wrong remains highly questionable at best….if ya know what I mean 😉

All in all then my verdict has got ta’ be thumbs down for TGPersonals when it comes ta’ safety & security measures put in place — so unless you’re feeling particularly brave today (which yer probably shouldn’t!) then perhaps giving this particular app a miss wouldna bad idea afterall…..

User Profiles

I recently tried out TGPersonals, a dating site that caters to the transgender community. To be honest, I wasn’t impressed with what it had to offer in terms of user profiles. The profile information is all public and can be viewed by anyone who has an account on the website – so much for privacy! You also don’t have any control over your bio or customizing it in any way; you just get whatever they give you when signing up. Location info was included as well but there’s no indication of how far away someone is from you which makes things pretty tricky if distance matters at all for potential matches.

What really disappointed me though were the premium subscription benefits – or lack thereof! All this money spent and nothing special offered? No thanks! Plus, during my time using TGPersonals I came across quite a few fake profiles too which didn’t help its case either… not cool guys, not cool at all!. It felt like such a waste of time scrolling through these bogus accounts looking for real people only to find none existed here – talk about being let down hard after getting my hopes up high first thing!

Overall, while I understand why some might still use TGPersonals due to its niche appeal within the trans community specifically (which could make finding compatible partners easier), personally speaking it doesn’t do enough justice compared other more popular online dating sites available today — even if those aren’t tailored towards trans users per se — making them seem outdated and unappealing overall unfortunately..

TGPersonals features

TGPersonals, the dating site for transgendered people, has been around since 1999. It claims to be one of the first transgender-specific sites on the internet and is free to join. Unfortunately, that’s about all it has going for it!

For starters, TGPersonals’ design looks like something from a bygone era – think dial-up modems and Geocities webpages. The layout is clunky at best with no real navigation options or search filters making finding someone who fits your criteria nearly impossible without spending hours scrolling through profiles. And don’t even get me started on their "matching" algorithm which seems more random than anything else; I’ve seen matches between users in different countries despite specifying my own location preferences! Update: Since this review was written they have made some improvements to their website design but its still not great compared to other online dating websites out there today…

As far as features go you can do basic things such as create a profile (which allows you upload up two photos), browse other user’s profiles & send messages – however these are limited unless you upgrade your account which costs money…not cool if all ya want is just chat with potential dates! Plus what kind of “dating site” doesn’t offer video/audio chatting? That would make connecting so much easier instead of having long drawn out conversations via text message only…amirite?!

Uniquely enough though TG Personals does offer an advice section full of articles related specifically towards transgenders including topics such as coming out stories & tips on how find acceptance within society plus lots more – so kudos there I guess!? Other than that tho nothing really stands apart from any other generic online dating service….soz guys n gurls!!

In conclusion while being around since 1999 might sound impressive unfortunately when it comes down using this platform effectively then sadly its gonna take A LOT longer….like centuries maybe?? All jokes aside though if ur looking for love or friendship then u may wanna look elsewhere cos let’s face facts here: You deserve better!!

  • A secure and private platform for transgender individuals to connect with others
  • Ability to search for potential matches by location, age, gender identity, and interests
  • Ability to upload photos and create a profile
  • Messaging system to communicate with other users
  • An active blog and forum to share experiences and advice

Help & Support

If you’re looking for a dating site with great support, TGPersonals is not the one. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get any help from them – they just don’t seem to care about their users! I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and either got no response or an unsatisfactory answer that didn’t address my issue at all.

It doesn’t look like there are any FAQs on the website either so if you have a problem it can be hard to find out how to solve it without getting in touch with someone directly. And even then, good luck – because chances are slim that anyone will actually respond back quickly enough (or ever).

If something goes wrong while using this site, expect delays of days or weeks before your inquiry gets answered – if at all! That’s why I’d suggest avoiding TGPersonals altogether unless you’re okay waiting forever for assistance when needed.

On top of being slow as molasses when responding back, their customer service reps also come off as pretty unhelpful and uncaring towards user issues which isn’t exactly what people want in a dating platform they rely on every day. You should never feel ignored by those who run the show but unfortunately that seems unavoidable here; especially since most inquiries appear lost into oblivion after sending them over email or through other contact methods available online such as social media accounts etc..

All-in-all: avoid this place if possible because its support system leaves much more than desired!

Pricing

Ah, TGPersonals. The dating site that promises to be the ultimate destination for finding love and companionship – but is it really worth your hard-earned cash?

The short answer: no. Although you can join TGPersonals for free, if you want access to any of its features (like messaging or seeing who’s viewed your profile) then you’ll need a paid subscription – which isn’t cheap! Prices range from $15-$30 per month depending on how long you sign up for; while this might not seem like too much money at first glance, when compared with other similar sites in the same price bracket it doesn’t quite stack up. Plus there are hardly any benefits associated with paying – aside from being able to message people and view profiles anonymously…which let’s face it, aren’t exactly groundbreaking perks!

Bottom line: unless they drastically reduce their prices soon I wouldn’t recommend signing up as a paying member anytime soon – so save yourself some dough and stick with one of the more competitively priced options out there instead.

Plan Price Features
Free $0 Create profile, browse profiles, send messages, chat rooms
Gold $9.95 All free features plus: unlimited messaging, video chat
VIP $19.95 All gold features plus: priority customer service, advanced search options

Q&A

1. Is TGPersonals legit?

Yes, TGPersonals is legit but it’s not the best dating site out there. The profiles are outdated and you don’t get a lot of matches. I wouldn’t recommend using this service if you’re looking for something serious.

2. Is TGPersonals worth it?

TGPersonals isn’t worth the time. It’s full of scammers and fake profiles, so you’re better off looking elsewhere for a date. Plus, it’s not very user-friendly – navigating around is confusing and tedious.

3. What payment methods does TGPersonals accept?

TGPersonals only accepts payment via credit card, which is really inconvenient. They don’t accept any other form of payment like PayPal or Venmo which makes it difficult to pay for the service. I’m not a fan of this policy at all.

4. Is TGPersonals trustworthy?

I wouldn’t say TGPersonals is trustworthy. There’s a lot of fake profiles and scammers, so it can be hard to tell who you’re actually talking to. Plus, the security features are pretty weak compared to other dating sites out there. Bottom line – I’d stay away from this one if I were you!
